Welcome to Siiir.City to City!
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Siiir.City to City service of Siiir mobile applications, websites, products, content, facilities, and platform (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Siiir.City to City Terms of Use are an integral part of the General Terms of Use. By using the Siiir.City to City service, you express your full agreement with these Terms and the General Terms of Use. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and the General Terms of Use, the provisions of these Terms will apply.
When you confirm your acceptance of these Terms or otherwise use the Platform, you enter into a contract with us. In Morocco, the contract you enter into is with Siiir Mobility SARL, a company incorporated under the laws of Morocco, affiliated with Zenira Technologies LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America, which provides the technology and platform services (collectively, “Siiir”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Your use of the Platform as a Driver may be subject to designated Driver Terms of Use. Our privacy practices are described in Privacy Policy.
1. Business model of Siiir.City to City
1.1. Our Platform links independent third party providers of transportation services (“Drivers”) and their clients (“Passengers”) to each other for shared rides between settlements. When Passengers request a ride they offer their price for the Driver’s services. The Drivers who see the request can either agree to the offered price or make a counteroffer.
1.2. The Passenger is free to choose the Driver from the list of Drivers who indicated their interest in accepting the request. A separate agreement is formed between the Driver and the Passenger, when the Passenger confirms the ride.
1.3. The Passenger must pay the Driver the price that both of them agreed on via the Platform. This agreed price includes all charges associated with the ride (fees, tolls, levies, taxes, etc.). Siiir doesn’t participate and doesn’t in any way affect the settlement between the Driver and the Passenger.
1.4. The Driver can create and post an announcement on the Platform by entering information about the ride the Driver intends to make (date and time of collection, points A and B, the number of seats and the amount of cost).
1.5. The Passenger may respond to an announcement by the Driver and submit their request for a ride, agreeing to the price of the ride set by the Driver. The Driver may accept or reject the Passenger’s request.
2. Passenger’s Responsibility
2.1. You as the Passenger are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the ride address, including the correct name of the settlement, street (the avenue, the highway, etc.), house number (including the building, structure, ownership, etc.) or at the choice of the relevant address from the available sample.
2.2. You bear the risks of the consequences of incorrect indication of the information necessary for the fulfilment of the ride.
3. Driver’s Responsibility
3.1. You, as the Driver, must accept offers and carry out Passenger rides only in your territory of registration. If you accept offers and carry out rides between settlements with different jurisdictions, you assume all risks of non-compliance with foreign/other state requirements in the course of transportation.
